Enhancements
Upgraded Navigation Menu and User Interface
New! Our User Experience team has been hard at work to make Event Publisher more intuitive and efficient. While the product is being improved, you may notice certain pages with the user interface you are used to, while other pages have a new look.
With the new look, the navigation menu has moved to the left side of the screen.
When you hover over the menu, it expands to tell you about each menu option. This gives you easy access to move around the product, and add events right from the page you are on.
Home Page Dashboard
New! A new home page dashboard has been added to Event Publisher for Tenant Admins! Upon logging in, you will have a quick view of upcoming events, registration information, and events needing approval. The data is displayed in widgets, allowing you to view specific event data and process requests right from the dashboard.

Surveys Feature
New! With this powerful new tool, you can build surveys to collect useful data about your events. Build a library of frequently used questions, save survey templates to save time, and share your survey with event attendees. Using the new Surveys Dashboard, quickly view survey responses and aggregated data, and manage your survey list.

User Roles Replacing Groups
New! User Roles are being added to Event Publisher as a way to easily give users certain permissions. This functionality will replace Groups, which served a similar purpose. There will be three default user roles available to you: Tenant Admin, Site Admin, and Requester, but new roles can easily be added to represent a group of permissions that is needed at your organization. Click here to learn more about User Roles.
Order Summary and Confirmation Interface Improvements
New! There is a new look and feel to the Registration Confirmation and Order Summary pages! As a part of our ongoing efforts to improve the interface of Event Publisher, you'll notice some visual changes to these pages.
Removal of Primary Registration
In preparation for a future enhancement, the Primary checkbox has been removed when adding a Registration to an event. Any existing Primary Registrations will be changed to be treated as stand-alone items. In a future release, a similar but improved ability will return to Registrations, with a true parent-child relationship, making it a requirement to purchase the 'parent' item in order to purchase the 'child' item. More information to come!
Updated Help Link and About Page
The Help link in Event Manager has been updated to go to the Dude Solutions Help Site. This means the help link will now direct users to the most up to date product content available. In addition, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy link in the product have been updated so users have accurate Dude Solutions policy information.

In addition to some simple visual changes, you'll notice that the form has a more intuitive interface, including the way products and product questions are displayed, as well as the way information can be shared across products. *Note: Please contact Client Services if you experience any issues with the new user interface in Event Publisher.
